the hotel was clean and had plenty of towels, tea and coffee for us. the breakfast was really good, even though it was a bit pricey. mark, the breakfast guy, was super attentive and made us feel really welcome. the pool was also a nice extra for the kids.

the room could use some updating and it could be noisy during the night. also, the air con wasn’t working on the first night.

We spent three nights in a cozy Standard Double Room. The room offered modern amenities, providing comfort for our family. We had a delightful dinner at the onsite restaurant—be sure to try the burger! Pro tip, arrive early for quieter dining. a memorable experience!

The staff were fantastic, especially an old gentleman at breakfast who was very cheerful and really made us smile. The rooms were nice with a great view. my kids loved just looking out the window.

We had an awesome time staying with friends! The kids loved Chester Zoo, and we all enjoyed the fun at the ice cream parlour adventure park. The place was super clean, and staff were always ready to help. Breakfast had so much choice, and it was nice to have free parking, making our trip easier.

The evening meal menu felt a bit pricey compared to other places, but the bar manager did refund my salad when it wasn't fresh.

The hotel is conveniently situated just under 3 km from the beautiful dewa roman experience and only a short walk to eaton hall and its stunning gardens, making it perfect for weekend strolls through history and nature. plus, the friendly staff truly made my stay enjoyable although the cleanliness could use some attention.

We had an awesome 4-night stay! The room was super comfy with a mini fridge and coffee machine, which was a great touch. The pool area was pristine and the staff were super friendly. Breakfast had a solid selection, but the decor is a bit dated and needs some modernization.

The hotel had a lovely decor and was very accessible, which made it easier for my family and me. The spacious lounge areas invited relaxation, and it felt very welcoming, particularly for us seniors!
